Setttle is a small team. Your note reaches the founder, not a queue, so it is worth writing plainly.

Use this for anything: whether Setttle fits your business, how a migration would work, or a question about a plan.

Security reports: Send vulnerabilities to security@setttle.ca. Include what you found and how to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt and keep you posted.
Privacy requests: To access, correct, export, or delete your data, email the address above. We route requests through the same owner and will confirm what we did.
Helpful to include: What you use today for books, and whether you have an export.
Whether you work with an accountant.
Anything the books need to prove — a lender, a partner, the CRA.
Your company structure, if you keep more than one set of books.
What happens next: You get a reply from a person. If it is a product question we may ask one or two things, and if it is a fit question we will tell you honestly when Setttle is not the right tool.
