Questions
What counts toward the 2 invoices a month?
An invoice counts when you send it or mark it paid — drafts don't. Recurring invoices aren't part of Micro; Max has those.
Can I run more than one company on Micro?
Micro covers a single company. If you keep books for several entities, Max gives you unlimited companies — each with its own chart of accounts and base currency.
What's MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is how AI assistants connect to tools. Point Claude — or anything that speaks MCP — at Setttle and it can read balances and draft journal entries. Included on both plans.
Can I switch plans or leave?
Switch whenever you like; your ledger doesn't change. Your books are yours — export the journal at any time.
